On March 10th Tyler received his mission call and we were VERY excited! We had been waiting for a couple weeks watching daily for the mail to come. The day it finally arrived the whole family came over to watch him read his call. (Uncle Dallas, Grayson, Uncle Daren, Kali, Grandma and Grandpa Tuttle, Uncle Jeff, Aunt Kathy, Ryan, Alli, Grandma and Grandpa Wilk, Mom, Dad, Justin, Sadie, Chase and the Sorrentinos) Right when everyone walked in, Tyler handed them a smiley face sticker that they had to place on a map of the world. There were many guesses, but the only ones that chose South America were Chase and Dawn. Tyler opened his call and placed his sticker on Peru!! We were all surprised and so happy for him!! He will be entering the MTC in Provo, Utah on July 21. He will stay there for 3 weeks and then move on to the MTC in Peru (CCM) for 6 more weeks.
Now the real work begins...clothes to buy, passports to get, Visas to apply for, shots to inject, drivers license to update...
